Software Engineer & AI Researcher — dependable systems, from infrastructure to inference

I build production systems used at national scale and study how software can be made more reliable, testable, and auditable. I plan to pursue a PhD in Software Engineering, with a particular focus on software testing. At Pathao, my work spans graph-based fraud analysis, feature platforms, campaign infrastructure, and high-throughput Go services; my research also explores trustworthy LLM pipelines and discrete diffusion models for code generation.

Software Engineer
  • Syndicate — Graph Relationship Analysis — Contribute to an R&D Go and Neo4j service for fraud-cluster relationship analysis, community identification, and shortest-path computation. Current work includes migration from Weakly Connected Components toward Label Propagation, with concurrent batch processing, partitioning, retries, and Prometheus monitoring on GKE.
  • Sherlock — Fraud Detection Engine — Contribute to a Django and Celery rule engine running scheduled checks across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery for Ride, Food, Parcel, and device-cloning fraud, with configurable enforcement and appeal workflows.
  • Pathao Loop — Designed and owned a campaign orchestration platform serving 2.7M+ users daily across push, SMS, email, and in-app channels, replacing manual workflows and saving 3,000+ engineer-hours annually.
  • Pathao Itihas — Built a unified feature-store platform for Pathao Ride, Food, and Parcel that ingests historical data from BigQuery and PostgreSQL, synchronizes to real-time tables, and uses Redis-backed caching. Exposed feature delivery through REST and GraphQL APIs with async task-queue execution, alerting, and metric discovery for reliable model-ready data access.
  • Prohori & ESB Webhook — Architected a Go telemetry service using GCP Pub/Sub, Uber H3, and Redis to detect hazardous route deviations on live trips. Also designed a centralized webhook system with validation, idempotency, and exponential-backoff retries.
  • Corridor — Engineered a Go reverse proxy centralizing internal ML and data APIs and handling 1M+ calls/day, with Prometheus observability and automated Kubernetes delivery through Docker, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Popular Pickup & Platform Tooling — Built a location-intelligence service that improved trip conversion by 17%; also contributed to consistent-hash A/B bucketing and n8n-based engineering automation.

  • Query Performance — Profiled and optimized 15+ complex MySQL queries, reducing latency by 25–40% across high-traffic endpoints serving 4,000+ daily active users.
  • Image & Messaging Services — Built a centralized GCS image service for three applications and a RabbitMQ notification broker with dead-letter handling for reliable push and in-app delivery.
  • Marketing Platform — Architected a Go campaign panel with GCS media handling, allowing marketing teams to publish banners and documents without engineering support.
  • Authentication Migration — Migrated the login service from Node.js to Go while preserving backward compatibility with existing clients.

Trustworthy LLM-Assisted Venture Screening

Co-developed a nine-stage, provenance-preserving pipeline that scores venture proposals and produces auditable GO/NO-GO recommendations.

  • Co-designed evaluation for expert alignment, evidence grounding, outcome alignment, and cross-domain threshold transfer.
  • Audited results against a three-rater expert panel and 141 real funding outcomes.
  • Second author of five on the resulting research manuscript.
